This dark rye and spelt driven loaf replaces the rugbrød, and has the same nutty texture. Made with cracked organic rye and spelt grains, walnuts, chopped figs, and fennel seeds, all wrapped in rye and spelt flour, this bread is bursting with flavour. Sliced thin, it pairs well with anything and is completely vegan.
