In German vollkornbrot means wholegrain bread and this really is a tasty wholegrain dream. Each loaf is 1.3kg of goodness, it’s a dense and dark tin loaf that lasts for ages. Vollkornbrot is only made with cracked grain and no flour. It’s not gluten-free and is made with organic cracked rye grain, toasted bread, sesame seeds, linseeds, golden syrup and salt. It’s very high in protein and fibre keeping you full and energised.
