100% organic Spelt sourdough tin loaf

The organic spelt is grown in the Rangitikei, and then stoneground at Capital Millers in Miramar.

100% spelt flour is mixed with water and some salt, then fermented over 2 days using the Shelly Bay Baker sourdough starter.

This loaf is super tasty, nutty and lemony.

The spelt loaf is yummy fresh, toasts beautifully and it will keep for 5-6 days and freezes really well (but slice it first and keep in an airtight container).
