Durum wheat is grown locally in the Wairarapa at Ahiaruhe Farm, milled by Capital Millers in Miramar and produced by Sam using his secret recipe. Just durum flour, water and salt….it’s simple but oh so tasty.
300g is suitable for two hungry people. Get saucy and see what happens……..
