98% fresh milled organic whole grain rye, organic whole grain rye porridge, a touch organic white flour and made with a rye levain.  Super dark and super tasty.

This is a medium sized loaf that will keep for about 4-5 days.

    I like the chewy, crunchy goodness of this loaf. Lovely with a bit of smoked salmon and spreadable goat’s cheese. Its small to medium size means no waste and it really does last about 5-6 days.
