We’re baking organic sourdough bagels on Thursday 17th December. Our Shelly Bay Baker bagels are made with a rye sourdough starter, organic flour and loads of love.
The starter is mixed and left to ferment overnight. The next day they are bulk mixed then shaped by hand, proofed for 12 hours in the fridge and then boiled and baked before landing at your place! Super chewy. Super tasty.
