We’re baking organic sourdough bagels on Thursday 1st October. Our Shelly Bay Baker bagels are made with a rye sourdough starter, organic flour and loads of love.

The starter is mixed and left to ferment overnight. The next day they are bulk mixed then shaped by hand, proofed for 12 hours in the fridge and then boiled and baked before landing at your place! Super chewy. Super tasty.

IMPORTANT: We are only baking and delivering bagels on Thursday 1st October. There are no other breads, flours, coffee or avocados available on that day. Thanks for your support.
